Keep in mind that this list isn\u2019t all-inclusive, so there may be additional deadlines that apply to you. Contact us to ensure you\u2019re meeting all applicable deadlines and to learn more about the filing requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>October 16<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a calendar-year C corporation that filed an automatic six-month extension:<\/li>\n<li>File a 2016 income tax return (Form 1120) and pay any tax, interest and penalties due.<\/li>\n<li>Make contributions for 2016 to certain employer-sponsored retirement plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>October 31<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report income tax withholding and FICA taxes for third quarter 2017 (Form 941) and pay any tax due.
